 | Sierra Cosworth This programme involved the manufacture of two PU RIM mould tools, one for each bumper, a GMFU substrate tool & a PU RIM tool for the rear spoiler. |
 | BE13 Fiesta XR2 This project required a full suite of tools to manufacture front and rear wheelarch covers, rocker panels & rear spoilers. In addition, we handled the management of the steel inserts used for the rear spoiler, work which was subcontracted. |
 | CDW27 Mondeo A total of eight instrument panel foam tools, complete with independent manipulator frames & nickel skin tools, plus front passenger airbag lid tools were made for this programme. |
