Jaguar Programmes
![]() | XJ40 (XJ6) An early programme, with vacuum forming tools for the instrument panel (LHD & RHD), instrument binnacle, glovebox roll and associated foaming tools. The tools were simple and manually operated, using counterweights to assist tool opening. |
![]() | X100 (XK8) Foam tool and nickel skin tools were made for the IP, glovebox and steering column cover. The instrument panel foaming tool was fitted in a freestanding manipulator and introduced motorised moving blocks and inflatable sealing for gas venting. |
![]() | XJ300 98MY (XJ8) XJ40 "facelift" programme. The foam tools for the instrument panel were the last of the completely manual tools manufactured. |
![]() | X200 (S-Type) The programme required a pair of instrument panel skin and foam tools and glovebox lid tools. The IP tools utilised a more operator-friendly system, positioning the tool for easier loading and an eject assist for easier part unloading. |
![]() | X400 (X-Type) For this programme, we were responsible for project managing the production and supply of bumper panels for the X-Type "Baby Jaguar". |
![]() | Supercharged XKR Project management of tooling and production of front and rear bumpers, side skirts and rear spoiler. As with the X-Type programme, the project involved all aspects from manufacture to Just-In Time supply. |
