 | Mk I Discovery A programme that utilised vacuum formed ABS/PVC skin over an ABS substrate with a PU foamed sandwich. Two non-handed instrument foam tools were built. Tools were manufactured to fit into a conveyor mounted manipulator frame. |
 | Mk III Discovery This was our first major programme with Heidel (now Frimo). The job involved design and manufacture of three 500N presses with four tools for the door lower panels and two 2-impression tools for the upper panels. |
